Rolla Housing Authority Siding/Soffit Replacement

This HUD siding project featured multiple buildings to be remodeled.  The project was completed  within 3 months, including paperwork and weather. We replaced the vinyl siding on the buildings with steel siding and new aluminum soffits. The finished result, is a heavier duty HUD compliant building. Steel siding is more durable than vinyl siding verses the elements, mowing, etc. We were able to make the client happy and the residents happy without major adversarial impacts to the environment or schedules. Even though our office was 2 hours away, we still made this happen with ease.  This is just one of many HUD projects we have built all over the State of Missouri in the past 40 years since we have been in business.  Government clients always know they will get a great quality project when we are the selected contractor.
