MODOT Facilities Statewide

There are several MODOT projects that we have worked on throughout the State of Missouri. The list of sites include Marshall Junction, Bethany, Carrolton, Princeton, Milan, Avila, Strafford, Buffalo, Seymour, Springfield, Delta, Bolivar, & more. Marshall Junction, Bethany, Carrolton, Princeton, Milan we retrofitted the exterior of the buildings with insulation and metal siding to reduce building maintenance. Avila we built an addition which included restrooms and conference/break room. Strafford we built a 30×50 metal building addition. Buffalo & Seymour we built each facility a metal building wash bay. Springfield we built a paint storage building. Delta we built a 50×100 pole barn with 4 enclosed concrete floor bays. Bolivar we remodeled a MODOT facility and added offices and restrooms. Other MODOT projects included window retrofits to new energy efficient windows from single pane fixed windows, door modifications, and other projects. We weren’t as diligent in taking before & after pictures before the recession, however our work still stands and our Springfield’s Best Commercial Contractor member proves that.
