This project utilizes our commercial construction remodeling skills. This is the City Utilities of Springfield Meter Service Entry Renovation project in Springfield, MO. As a commercial general contractor of 35 plus years in business, we treat this project as one of our own. We have employed skilled subcontractors that specialize in their certain trades. All the while, we handle the logistics and certain specialties that we have developed over the years. While we may be a non-union shop, we still promote and employ many union subcontractors to our projects. Skilled personnel, is always key to any construction project. That is also why we subcontract out quite a few trades on all of our projects. Granted, we may make projects look seamless. However, there is much more to a construction project than meets the surface. That is also why approximately 3 out of 10 marriages fall into divorce after a construction project (estimated).
